SAFECLAD IS A COST EFFICIENT AND HIGH PERFORMING FAÇADE CLADDING PANEL.
SafeClad is a fibre cement-based product manufactured via the Hatschek process. This process,originating in Austria has been used for manufacturing fibre cement products for over 100 years to manufacture roofing, cladding, siding and tile-backer boards for wet areas.
Following the Hatschek procedure, SafeClad is compressed and autoclave cured.Following curing, polishing is carried out to the project specification and a penetrative clear coat is applied.
SafeClad is through-coloured so no painting or finish decoration is necessary, this means that SafeClad has a more natural appearance and the colour will not flake off over time.
